How to delete your HiNote account

You can permanently delete your HiNote account at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems and logs you out on all devices. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account from the HiNote app

Open the HiNote app and make sure you're logged in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile then tap Settings.
Choose Account then Delete account.
Follow the on-screen confirmation steps. You may be asked to verify your email.
Your account will be scheduled for deletion and you will be logged out immediately.

Request deletion via email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by emailing our support team from the email address associated with your HiNote account.

Subject: Account deletion request
Include: your full name and username (if known)

What gets deleted

Account profile information (name, username, avatar, bio)
Email and authentication data
HiNote points balance and history
Saved items and preferences

Some content youve shared (e.g., reviews or posts) may be anonymized and retained to preserve the integrity of community discussions and product ratings, but it will no longer be associated with your identity.

Coolingoff period

For security, account deletion requests may include a short coolingoff period. During this time, you can contact support to cancel the deletion if it was requested in error.
